Getting prepared for a race is more than just putting in miles, doing calisthenics, and punching yourself in the gut a few times. You’ve got to train your mind. Knowing what’s involved in a race will help you prepare more appropriately, be less nervous, and will keep you motivated to train. The DoubleShot Duathlon (& 5k run) blog will do just that.
